Relevant reports or supporting documentation
We’ll acknowledge your referral within 3 business days and contact the client, where appropriate, to arrange an initial appointment.

The clinic is not a crisis service. If a client requires immediate support, please contact 000, the local Mental Health Crisis Team, or direct them to the nearest Emergency Department.
